This notice covers personal data collected through this website. Data you put into the LedgerLog app is covered separately by the app Privacy Policy.

What we collect, and why

Joining the waitlist

We store the email address you submit, and a tag recording which page or referral link you came from, so we can tell you when LedgerLog launches and understand which channels work. Our legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.

Your address is held by EmailOctopus, our email processor, and is not sold or shared with anyone else. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. We keep the address until you unsubscribe, or until the launch campaign ends and we no longer need it.

Contacting us

Messages sent through the contact form go to our own backend and are kept only as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the exchange. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Analytics

If — and only if — you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we load PostHog (EU region) to see which pages are read and where visitors drop off. Nothing analytics-related loads before you accept, and declining is respected for the whole visit. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. See the cookie policy for detail.

Hosting

The site is served from infrastructure operated by Hostinger. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, are produced as a by-product of serving pages and are used only to keep the site running and secure.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@pocketimplementation.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your national data-protection authority; in Romania that is the ANSPDCP.
